We handle outreach (initial or redetermination), plan selection assistance, doctor assignments and scheduling the initial appointment. Our bilingual virtual enrollment team makes the process easy for beneficiaries by offering a convenient and personalized service.

  • ALCAR's contact center solution is powered by our dedicated agents who are trained and certified through ALCAR's Healthcare Bootcamp. Our team of bilingual agents is exclusively assigned to specific healthcare campaigns with oversight from our internal QA and compliance teams.
