Christina has over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She spent 13 years of her career designing advocacy and retention programs that concentrated on the Medicare patient population. Many of the programs designed by Christina can be recognized as what have become standard practice for many organizations throughout the healthcare industry.
Today, Christina primarily works as a consultant, supporting physician practices with filling clinical staffing gaps. She specializes in the recruitment of doctors, mid-levels and medical assistants. Christina is viewed as an expert in healthcare and is invited annually to lecture the graduating class of physician assistants at California State University, Fullerton.

Having previously led talent strategy efforts at a Fortune 500 company, and as a recognized industry expert, Argelia continues to be passionate about leveraging both her professional and lived experiences to bridge the gap between talent pipelines, the workforce and business outcomes.
