SMS Texting Terms and Conditions - ALCAR Inc.

1. Introduction:
We provide outreach services on behalf of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to assist individuals with Medicare and/or Medicaid enrollment. By subscribing to our SMS services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages:
By opting in to our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from ALCAR Inc. at the phone number you provided. These messages may include but are not limited to updates, alerts, and information regarding Medicare and/or Medicaid eligibility and enrollment.

3. Frequency of Messages:
The frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with us and the requirements of our FQHC clients.

4. Fees and Charges:
ALCAR Inc. does not charge for sending SMS messages; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-Out Policy:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from ALCAR Inc. at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the SMS. After you send the STOP request, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Data Collection and Privacy:
We collect personal information through forms hosted on our websites or web properties, including but not limited to getmedical.org, getmedicaid.org, and getmedi-cal.org, as well as services like Jotform. The information collected includes your name, gender, language spoken, location, and phone number. This information is used solely for the purpose of assessing your eligibility and assisting you with Medicare and/or Medicaid enrollment. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle and protect your data.

7. Accuracy of Information:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current information when subscribing to our SMS services. ALCAR Inc. is not responsible for any issues or delays in enrollment services due to inaccurate information provided by you.

8. Limitations of Liability:
ALCAR Inc. will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
ALCAR Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate our SMS services or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our SMS services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
